After our consultation, we provide a comprehensive summary of insights, including key functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and design opportunities. This document becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
Stage B – Concept & Outline Design

Now the fun begins! We create initial design concepts and mood boards, helping you visualize the look and feel of your future garden. These include inspiring images, planting ideas, and material suggestions to ensure we’re aligned on the direction.

With your feedback, we refine the concept into a scaled outline plan, balancing structure, flow, and planting. A combination of hand-drawn sketches and computer visuals brings the design to life, allowing you to truly see your new garden before any work begins.
Stage C – Detailed Design & Planning

The design takes shape with precise construction plans that guide the landscapers. Every detail is considered, from pathways to water features, ensuring seamless execution.

We carefully compare quotes, provide a summary report, and help you select the best contractor. Once chosen, we formalize contracts and ensure everything is in place for a smooth start.
Stage F – Construction & Completion

We issue detailed setting-out drawings and conduct site inspections to ensure the design is executed precisely.

Unforeseen issues can arise during construction. We work closely with the contractor to resolve any challenges efficiently while maintaining design integrity.

As the project nears completion, we oversee the final planting stage, ensuring feature plants and trees are positioned perfectly.

Before completion, we conduct a thorough quality check. Any minor adjustments needed are noted and addressed promptly, ensuring the project is finished to the highest standard.
